I've reached my upload space limit

I am experiencing an issue where the portal is stating that I am out of storage space, but that does not seem to be the case. I have noticed this message multiple times, and it appears to be incorrect. I have not mentioned any specific steps I have tried to resolve this or any error messages beyond the portal's notification. I need assistance to understand why the portal is showing this message and to resolve the storage space discrepancy.

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I checked your account and it shows that you have reached your account's upload space. Reaching any of monthly submission limits or the upload space makes your account in overlimit status, making the forms unavailable.

Now, the forms in your account shows that you have a few submissions only, so it looks like you've began deleting submissions already. You will have to purge them permanently to effectively free up space. You can easily delete your trashed submissions in Jotform Tables. Let me show you how:

1. In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form title in the tabs.
2. Next, in the Dropdown menu, click on Trashed Entries to open the Trash menu.
3. Then, in the Trash menu on the right, click on the Checkboxes to select the submissions you want to purge. To select all, click on the Select All button.
4. Now, click on Delete Forever, and in the Confirmation window, click on the Delete button to confirm.

To avoid permanently losing submission data, it’s recommended to Download Form Submissions as Excel, CSV, or PDF. Purging deleted submissions will free up your Submission Storage and Upload Space but won’t affect other limits. You can also check out our guide about Account Usage and Limits for more information.
