    Hi Jim,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

Let me help you with that:

If your form appears unfilled when you are ready to send it, it might be because the notification or autoresponder emails are set to hide empty fields by default. You can change this setting to show all fields, even if they are left blank. Here’s how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top.
    2. On the left menu, click on Emails.
    3. Hover over your Notification Email or Autoresponder Email and click the Edit (Pencil) icon.
    4. Go to the Advanced tab and toggle off Hide Empty Fields.
    5. Click Save to apply the changes.

This will ensure that all fields, filled or not, appear in the emails you receive from your form submissions.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
