Email Verification and Notification: Not Receiving Any Emails from Jotform

    Hello,

    I set up an account a few weeks ago and realized I wasn't receiving any emails when someone filled out the form. When I logged in, I was asked to verify my email by clicking the link in my inbox but I never received an email. It's not in my junk or any other folder. So, I think your emails to me are bouncing. Is there a way to resolve this?

    Hi Margaret!

    Sometimes, when no emails are being received via inbox or spam, the best way to resolve the problem is to reset your password. You can do this by logging out, pressing "forgot password" and retyping your email so a verification message comes through.

    Make sure to check your spam and inbox, as these change password emails can come through either immediately or within the hour.

    I would also double check your form under the "settings" tab, and confirm that the emails have "Notification 1" automatically sent to your email, and not another one.

    Hi,
    None of those worked but when I went to settings -> bounce list, I checked
    my email there and it was on the bounce list and was able to remove it from
    there. Now I'm getting verification emails and everything. Just wanted to
    share in case someone else has issues too.
