I'm looking for a AI chatbot that can offload some of the customer interaction for a butcher shop

We are looking for a chat bot that can take a price sheet of products and report to a customer the current price.

The price sheet will be updated weekly and have several items that have a similar name.

An example would be a Ribeye steak. We sell USDA Prime, USDA Choice, and USDA Select.

The bot would need to know when asked how much is a ribeye this week, to ask which grade of meat.

I used your demo tool and it did a decent job of reading the page, but I think a dedicated sheet would help some of the issues.

It appears you bot is also capable of integration with Facebook messenger and even a phone assistant?

From what I see, you can train your agent by creating them and feeding them the information you wish to relay to customers. You can do this by going to MyAgents, creating your agent, going to the train tab, and uploading a file with the updated weekly price sheet.

You can also provide a "Questions & Answer" pre-planned response, so that when a common question is asked by a user (i.e. how much is ribeye), it will automatically ask the type of grade.

Under the tools section to the left, there is a list of integrations that the Agent is able to work with. For Facebook Messenger, you can go to Messenger AI agent, and create one that connects to the form you wish! Let me know if this helps.
