We’re evaluating Jotform and would like to confirm whether your platform can support the following in a straightforward, built-in way:

- Create an evaluation form (40+ fields)

- Provide a login-based portal/app for instructors

- Each instructor can:

- Log in securely

- See only their own evaluation records but not the evals of other instructors

- Access their full history

- Filter/search their data (date, course, score, etc.)

- Must support 100+ instructors

- Access should be tied to a unique identifier (such as instructor name or another field)

If this is supported, could you please clarify:

- Which pricing tier would be required for this setup?

- Any limitations when scaling to 100+ users with login-based access

- The recommended way to configure this using your platform

• Using a unique identifier like name, email, or ID to control access

Important Note: While Jotform fully supports these features, allowing multiple users to log in individually and see only their own submissions is available exclusively with the Enterprise Plan. Starter (Free) Plan, Bronze, Silver and, Gold, or Team plans do not provide per-user submission restrictions at this scale. Recommended Setup:

1. Build your evaluation form.
2. Use Jotform Tables or Enterprise Reports to collect submissions.
3. Enable User Accounts for instructors and tie access to a unique identifier.
4. Set permissions so each instructor can only view their own submissions.
5. Use Filters and Search for easy access to historical data.
