Katz_Jacob_jacobkHi,
I have three forms that I own that I want transferred to another account, it is not coming up as an option for me to transfer. Can you do this manually? I want them transferred to the account with the email address hr@bmbmechanical.com. Below are the links to the three documents I want transferred.

Podo: Support SpecialistHi Jacob,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
Regarding your request to transfer your three forms to another account, here’s how the form transfer process works in Jotform:
- Go to the Data page of your account.
- Click the Transfer Forms button at the bottom of the page to start the transfer process.
- Enter the verification code sent to your registered email address.
- Select the forms you want to transfer.
- Click the Transfer Forms button to send the transfer request.
At this point, the new owner (the account with the email hr@bmbmechanical.com) will need to accept the transfer request. You can view all pending transfers in the same section of your account.
Important notes:
- A single transfer request can include up to 15 forms.
- You can create up to 20 form transfer requests within 60 minutes.
- When you transfer a form, its settings and styles are also transferred.
- Forms connected to Jotform products like Apps, Workflows, or AI Agents cannot be transferred.
- Transfers to or from HIPAA-enabled accounts or Enterprise accounts require special handling.
Unfortunately, manual transfer by support is not available. You need to use the transfer feature in your account as described above.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

HasanHi Jacob,
I checked the links you provided, and I can see that those are not standard online forms; they are Jotform Sign Documents.
Currently, Jotform Sign Documents cannot be transferred to another account. Because these documents collect legally binding electronic signatures, they are strictly tied to the original account where they were created to maintain the integrity of the audit trail and security requirements. For this reason, the option to transfer them does not appear in your account, and we cannot manually transfer them for you either.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Katz_Jacob_jacobkCan I convert these to a shareable document form by removing the signature option?
-
HasanHi Jacob,
Unfortunately, it is not possible to convert a Jotform Sign Document into a standard shareable form by removing the signature option. The file will always remain a Sign Document in our system, so the transfer restriction will still apply.
The best workaround is to log into the hr@bmbmechanical.com account and recreate them using your original PDF files. It is easy to create a sign document with Jotform Sign. Let me show you how:
- On your My Sign Documents page, and click on Create Sign Document on the left side of the page.
- Click on Upload Document to upload your own document from your device.
- Drag and drop your document into the Upload box, or click on Upload Document to select it.
- Once you add your document, click on the Create Signable Document button.
After you create your document, you’ll see an option asking whether to detect fields automatically. To detect fields automatically:- Click the Detect Fields button in the option that appears below the green navigation bar.
- After it matches the suitable elements with the spaces, click on Keep All.
- If you want to delete a field, just click on it and then click the Trash Can icon below it.
Or you can manually match your fields:- Click on the Dismiss button in the option that appears below the green navigation bar.
- In the Document Elements menu on the left, drag and drop the elements to your document.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
