ACH payment

We recieved an order through the orderform we created with

jotform the customer chose to pay via ACH. I do not see the money in the account.

If the customer selected ACH but you don’t see the funds yet, it may still be pending with your payment processor or the integration settings might need to be checked.

To look into this more closely, could you please send me either:

• The direct link (URL) to the form they used, or
• The form’s ID from your Jotform account?
