Password Change Request?

    I'm getting this error when trying to login yet there is no option to request a password change. Password change request expired

    Password change request has expired. Please issue a change request again.

    It sounds like your previous reset link has expired, and we’ll need to start a fresh password reset for your Jotform account.

    To help you with that, please tell me the email address or username you use to log in to Jotform (just one of them is fine). Once I have that, we can proceed with the next step.

    I did not receive a password reset email to tsmith@imperialpools.com now what
