paul396Hi, I,m having problems accessing some of the settings pages in my workplace. Is there a problem with the platform or a reason why I cannot access some of the settings?

Can you share which part of the My Workspace the issue is happening? If you're trying to access your assets, make sure that it's selected in the filter. For example, if you're want to access your forms, here's how to do it:
- On your Workspace page, click on Filter at the top of the page.
- In the Dropdown menu, uncheck the box next to Clear All, then put a check in the box next to Forms, so only they’ll be shown on the page.
But, if you were referring to something else, can you capture a video of what’s going on and share it? Loom works great, or you can upload it to Google Drive or Dropbox.
