Settings Page is Blank on Smart PDF in form Builder

When I try to access the settings section of My Maintenance & Monitoring Agreement smart PDF the screen is blank. Ive tried a different browser and cleared my Cache and page history but this still keeps happening. Please can you help?

There are three alternative solutions if the settings section of your Smart PDF is showing a blank screen:

The first one is when you make any changes and open the PDF editor:

1. After you make changes in Form Builder, click on the Downward Arrow icon on the top-left side of the page and select PDF Editor.
2. Click on the Yes, Proceed button in the window that pops up, and the file will update automatically.

Second, you can always update the PDF file manually. Here’s how to do it:

1. Click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Then, click on the Form Fields tab, drag and drop or click on the fields you want to add to your PDF document.

And third, you can create the PDF file in a new tab again. The new file will include all the fields on the current form automatically. It's easy to set up. Let's do it:

1. In the blue navigation bar at the top, click on the New PDF button.
2. In the window that opens, choose a layout and that’s it.

The settings screen flashes up very quick then disappears why is this?

If you're referring to the Form Builder of your form, I cloned your form and it does not turn into a blank page. I'm only viewing the general interface of the form builder, and also tried accessing other parts of it and I don't encounter any issue.

I've gone ahead and cleared your form cache as well, can you check if the issue still persists? If it does, can you share with us a screen recording of the issue? You can upload it to Google Drive, Dropbox, or Loom and share with us the link so we can check.
