Podo: Support SpecialistHi Cheryl, Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
Yes, it is possible to get a copy of the completed form submissions when you set up a petition or any form in Jotform. You can download submissions in several ways:
- Use the PDF Editor to download a single submission or all submissions as Submission PDFs. You can do this by clicking on More, then Open PDF Editor, and then clicking the Download button at the top-right. If there are multiple submissions, you can choose to download one or all.
- Download submissions directly from Jotform Inbox in formats like CSV, Excel, or PDF. You can also download attachments if your form has file uploads.
- View submissions in your form's Submissions section on the My Forms page.
This way, you can keep a copy of each completed petition form submission for your records.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Sheena JotForm SupportHi Cheryl,
It takes no time at all to Set up a Notification Email, so you'll get an email after someone fills out your form. Here’s what you’ll do:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Next, click on Emails in the menu on the left.
3. Select Notification Email from the Other Email Options section.
4. Then, go to the Recipient tab, and enter the email address where you want to receive emails every time there is a submission on your form.
5. Finally, click on Save Email at the bottom.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.
