Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to and I was able to submit the form. Take a look at the screencast below to see my results:
I have gone ahead and cleared the form cache on our end to refresh the data. Can you make a test submission to see if it resolves the issue? If the issue persists, can you share a screenshot of the console error logs? This guide will help you get a report from most common browsers. Also, with your permission will you allow us to test the live form as well?And I have created a new thread for your other question to make things easier to follow, and someone from the Support Team will help you with it here.
