    Hi Cheryl,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

You do get copies of all signed form responses. For signees, the system automatically sends a copy of the signed documents to their email, allowing them to download the attached documents from their inbox.

As the form owner, you can manage and download your signed documents in the Sign Inbox. Here’s how to do it:

    1. Go to your Workspace page and click on Filter at the top. In the dropdown menu, uncheck all assets except Sign Documents so only signed documents are shown.
    2. Click the Sign Inbox button on the document you want to open.
    3. Select the completed entry on the left in the Sign Inbox.
    4. Click Download Signed Document to save a copy to your device.

You can also access and download signed documents directly from Jotform Tables, where signed documents are organized alongside your other form data.

This setup ensures both you and your signees have copies of all signed form responses for your records.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

In what format are the signed responses provided to me?

    Hi Cheryl,

The signed responses you receive from Jotform are provided as signed documents, typically in PDF format. This format ensures that the signatures are legally binding and the document is preserved exactly as signed.

You can download these signed documents from the Sign Inbox or directly from Jotform Tables, where they are organized alongside your other form data.

This PDF format allows you to easily save, share, and archive the signed responses for your records.
