I would like to use a different one and every time I put the other one in when I test it, and it redirects it is saying error.

Podo: Support SpecialistHi Crystal,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
Let me help you with that:
To change or remove the redirection URL after form submission in Jotform, follow these steps:
- Go to Form Builder and click on the Settings tab.
- Select the Thank You Page tab on the left side of the page.
- In the Thank You Page Settings on the right, choose Redirect to an external link after submission.
- Enter the new URL you want the form to redirect to after submission.
- If you want to remove the redirection, you can switch back to the default Thank You page instead of redirecting.
Make sure the URL you enter is correct and accessible to avoid errors during redirection.
If you continue to experience errors, double-check the URL format and ensure there are no restrictions on the destination page.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Podo: Support SpecialistHi Crystal,
Since you have already tried changing the redirect URL several times and are still encountering errors, here are some troubleshooting tips to consider:
- Ensure the URL is correct and accessible: Double-check the URL you are entering for any typos or formatting issues. The URL should be a valid, publicly accessible link.
- Check for restrictions on the destination page: Some URLs may have restrictions or require authentication, which can cause errors during redirection.
- Clear your form cache: Sometimes an old cache can cause issues with changes not being applied. You can clear your form cache in Jotform to resolve this.
- Verify the form status: Make sure your form is enabled and not disabled or suspended, as this can affect submission behavior.
- Confirm you are using the correct Jotform domain: Depending on your location, you might need to use jotform.com, jotform.us, or jotform.me domains to avoid errors.
If the error message you see during redirection is specific, such as "404 Not Found" or "Invalid Form URL," it can provide clues on what might be wrong.
Try these steps and see if the issue resolves. If you can share the exact error message you receive, I can provide more targeted assistance.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Eliza Enterprise SupportHi Crystal,
I cloned and tested your form, and I ran into the same issue. The good news is, there’s a quick fix. Here’s how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Then, in the menu on the left side of the page, click on Thank You Page.
- Next, while Redirect to External Link is still selected, toggle Redirect with HTTP POST to Off position.
