Enterprise Customer: Request for Most Current PCI Attestation of Compliance

    Hello, my name is Luis Rivas, PCIP and I am Director for Payment Security & Compliance at the University of North Texas. As an Enterprise customer please provide the most current PCI Attestation of Compliance. I tried requesting it through the email address found on this page (https://www.jotform.com/blog/pci-dss-service-provider-level-i-compliant/) but it bounced as either invalid or incorrect.

    I also sent a separate email to support@jotform.com just in case.
