URGENT – Duplicate Account Created, Need Access to Existing GSNN Workspace

    Hi,

    I am the Executive Director of Green Schools National Network (GSNN).

    We have active forms hosted under:

    👉 https://gsnn.jotform.com/team/greenprint360/intake

    However, we are currently locked out of the original account that owns these forms.

    Today, I attempted to log in using:

    👉 greenprint360@greenschoolsnationalnetwork.org

    But this created a new empty account, which confirms that the original account is tied to a different login or authentication method.

    We need urgent assistance to:

    • Identify the original account owner tied to gsnn.jotform.com
    • Regain administrative access
    • Transfer ownership to our organization

    These forms are actively being used for operations, and we must secure access immediately.

    I can provide domain verification, organizational documentation, and proof of ownership.

    Please escalate this request.

    immediate access restored.
