Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To figure out your account email and password, you can follow the steps below:
- Try all possible emails on the Login page
- Go to the Login page, click Forgot Password, then enter each email address you might have used and click Send Reset Instructions in turn.
- Check which email actually receives the reset link
- Whichever inbox receives the “Reset Password” email is the email tied to your Jotform account, and you can click Reset Password in that email, set a new password, and then log in with that email + new password.
- If you know your username but not the email
- On the Forgot Password screen, you can enter your username instead of email, click Send Reset Instructions, then check all their inboxes to see which one receives the reset email (that reveals the correct email + lets them reset the password).
- If you can’t get into any of your old emails or still can’t find the account
- If none of these steps work to recover your email or password, you can fill out the official Recovery Form so the support team can manually help.
