    Hi heymamatrey,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

Let me help you with that:

If you have created an option for a product and want to use this option for other products, Jotform allows you to turn product options into sub-products, which can be reused and managed more efficiently.

    Here’s how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on your Product List field and then click on the Shopping Cart icon on the right side of it.
    2. Hover over the product you want to add sub-products to and click on the Pencil icon to edit it.
    3. Under the Options tab, click Add next to Add a Product Option.
    4. Enter the product options you want to reuse in the table at the bottom or select from presets like Color, Size, etc.
    5. Toggle on the Create Sub Products From Options to turn these options into sub-products for that product item.

Note that you can add multiple product options, but only one can have the Create Sub Products from Options enabled.

This way, you can set up your product options once and use them effectively for multiple products by creating sub-products.

For more detailed guidance, you can refer to Jotform's guides on How to Add Options to Payment Forms and How to Set Up Special Pricing for Payment Form Product Options.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi heymamatrey,

Do you want to use the Product options for other products on a different form? Can you give me a few more details so I can understand what you need? In addition, you can duplicate items in your Product List in just a few easy steps. Let me show you how:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder, and click on the Product List field.
    2. Now, click on the Wand icon (if you have a Product List without a payment gateway, the icon will be a Shopping Cart icon).
    3. In the menu on the right side of the page, hover your mouse over the product, click on the Gear icon, and then click on Duplicate. That's it.

I have already created all my items. Now, I want to add a single option category, auto-filled with all of my sub-options. I want to save the option I created for one-click use on other items.
