AGTQI know it's possible to use the Email Later option to send an email the day before an event as a reminder.
But is it possible to also send a confirmation as soon as the submission is received? It looks to me it's one or the other. Can you help?

Podo: Support SpecialistHi Formation,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
You can indeed send both an immediate confirmation email upon submission and a delayed reminder email using Jotform's features. Here's how it works:
Immediate Confirmation Email: You can set up an Autoresponder Email that sends a confirmation to the form submitter as soon as the submission is received.
Delayed Reminder Email: Using the Email Later option in the Autoresponder Email settings, you can schedule a reminder email to be sent at a later time, such as the day before an event.
This means you can have one email sent immediately upon submission and another scheduled for later delivery as a reminder. They are separate emails configured within your form's Email settings.
Let me show you how:
- Set up the immediate confirmation: In Form Builder, go to the Settings tab, then Emails. Add or edit an Autoresponder Email to send immediately after submission.
- Set up the delayed reminder: In the same Emails section, add another Autoresponder Email, and under its Advanced tab, enable the Send Email Later option to schedule the reminder email for your desired time.
- Save your changes to ensure both emails are active and configured correctly.
This way, you can have both an immediate confirmation and a scheduled reminder working together for your form.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
