    1. Verify editing permissions: If you are a collaborator, ensure the form owner has granted you editing permissions in the Inbox. The owner can do this by clicking Share in Inbox, then the Gear icon to open settings, and selecting Collaborator under Permissions.
    2. Try editing submissions in Jotform Tables: You can edit submission data directly within cells in Jotform Tables by clicking the cell, deleting the current content, and entering new information.
    3. Add an Edit Submission button to the Thank You Page: This allows submitters to update their responses after submission. In Form Builder, go to Settings > Thank You Page > Action Buttons, then select Edit Submission and create the button.
    4. Edit submissions in PDF Editor: If you want to update the information reflected in the submission PDF, you can edit answers in PDF Editor by double-clicking the answer, clicking the Fill Out the Form button, making changes, and submitting.
