Now the next step. I have teams tell me what they want for their meal plan and their lodging plan. I then use conditional logic to make a unique link for their team so for example when they click on bellevue on the meal plan and lodging plan they selected will show not the other ones. Since I just added the 5th night I have created 50+ conditional logics for all the teams registered but now they show the 5th night option I didn't hide yet. Is there a faster way than clicking on every team and hiding that option? I don't know how the SHOW button works I have never used that one.

    Hi Joel,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately you will need to add that field to the existing Show/Hide Field conditions manually that is associated to each team. But you can also easily access the conitions you set associated to the Team field. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Team field.

    2. And then click on the Conditional Branch icon and it will redirect you to the conditions linked to that field.

    1. In Form Builder, click on the 5 night Lodging field.

    2. Then click on the Gear icon, and go to Advanced tab.

    3. Enable the Hide Field option.

Right now, I only have two teams that want to stay five nights. Is there a faster way to get them set up or will I need to click on every team and hide five nights for all of them?

    Hi Joel,

Currently, there is no automated way to apply the hide/show condition for the 5th night option across all teams at once. You will need to manually update the conditional logic for each team to hide or show that option accordingly.
