My business has 774 reviews on Google My business page but the website widget is showing 772. It has been about 24 hours so just wondering if there is a delay.

When the review widget was placed on the website the reviews were at 772. It is still stuck on 772 and the current reviews are at 775.
What can I do on my webpage design to ensure that the widget will continuously update the review count from Google?

Apologies but I am unable to get the form link where the widget is added. You can easily find your form's URL in Form Builder. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
- In the Quick Share tab, click on Copy Link in the Share With Link section.

briancjacksonddsSupport suggested that I use the Google maps link in the widget creator. Once I updated that last Saturday the review count immediately updated.
However it has been 6cdays now and my business received 6more reviews since then and it still is not updating the review count.
The only solution I have is to logback in to my widgets and update the widget URL occasionally so it will force it to update

Could you share a few more details about how it looks on your end and what you were expecting to see? A screenshot of what’s showing would help us better understand the issue. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:
1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

The day that I installed the widget there was 775 reviews.Now there are 782 reviews. The widget on the website does not update in real time. It has been 6 days. I will give it some more time to see if it will update in its own.
