I am wanting to create a form where parents can sign up multiple family members for gymnastics/fitness classes using one form. The difficulty I am having is that I need to limit each class option to 10 students. I previously had a drop down menu beside age with the class options but I did not see a way to disable an option once 10 people have signed up. How I have it set up now using an inventory list will only work for one student at a time.

    Hi James,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I suggest creating multiple sets of questions, using the Name and Number field, and then showing them conditionally. Let me walk you through it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element button on the left, and click on the Full Name field and the Number field to add them to your form. Label them as needed.
    2. Next, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top, and click on the Conditions section on the left side panel.
    3. Click on the Add Condition button, and select Show/Hide field condition.

    4. Create a similar condition below, and click on the Save button.
