Need to Recover Account to Cancel Subscription

This is the most ridiculous form I've ever had to fill-in. might as well you ask me for my SSN

I don’t need to get back the account,

jumping through those hoops makes me feel like it’s made on purpose to make it harder for people to cancel, that’s not ethical

I checked your account and I can see that your subscription has been canceled. It is set to downgrade to the Starter plan on April 4 and will no longer renew after that date.
