All I need is to cancel my subscription.
I don’t need to get back the account,jumping through those hoops makes me feel like it’s made on purpose to make it harder for people to cancel, that’s not ethical

I checked your account and I can see that your subscription has been canceled. It is set to downgrade to the Starter plan on April 4 and will no longer renew after that date.
