Update/Calculate Condition: Not updating results in the field

Problem 2 is the conditions. They should look like the attached image I believe and arranged in that specific order so that the "new" rule over-rides the "old" rule -- once I have hit 3, it overrides the "greater than 0" and becomes "Present" instead of emerging. But this isn't working. But going back to "0" does take it back to "Not Present"

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. It won't override it actually, because the first condition(IF Greater than 0) remains true. You will have to update the condition and set up a range for that specific result using both greater than and less than, the same goes for the other conditions. You can follow the screenshot below as your reference:

In between the DO and IF statement, make sure you always set the matching rules to ALL, to ensure it check for both rules before it triggers the condition. Check out my result:
