Turn off form submission notifications

I have turned off all email notifications for my form, but I still get emails at the email address my account is setup under. How can I stop all email notifications?

I checked your form and can confirm that the email notification is already disabled. The emails you are receiving now are from Jotform Sign Automation. Since this is enabled in your form, you will receive emails whenever someone fills out or signs your form. If you want to stop receiving emails about it, you can disable it easily. 2. In the menu on the left side of the page, scroll down and click on Jotform Sign.
