    Hi,

I have turned off all email notifications for my form, but I still get emails at the email address my account is setup under. How can I stop all email notifications?

    Hi Jarrett,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

You can stop all email notifications for your form by disabling or deleting the notification emails. Let me show you how:

    1. Go to Form Builder and click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    2. Click on Emails in the menu on the left side of the page.
    3. Hover over each Notification Email and click the Gear icon or the Three Dots icon, then choose Disable or Delete to stop receiving those emails.

If you want to completely remove notifications, deleting the notification emails is the surest way. Also, check if there are any autoresponder emails enabled and disable or delete those as well.

This should stop all email notifications from being sent to your account email address.

Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.

    Hi Jarrett,

I checked your form and can confirm that the email notification is already disabled. The emails you are receiving now are from Jotform Sign Automation. Since this is enabled in your form, you will receive emails whenever someone fills out or signs your form. If you want to stop receiving emails about it, you can disable it easily. Let me show you how:

    1. In Smart PDF Forms, in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, scroll down and click on Jotform Sign.
    3. Now, toggle Off the Enable Jotform Sign Automation button.
