Forms created are not available to placed in a workflow

    I want to request a call with a live agent. I have repeatedly asked for a live agent and now I am requesting to create a ticket for this issue.

    Hello,

    I'd like to know why some of the forms I create are not available for it be placed in a workflow.

    I have one form I've created, I want a question in that form to direct the user to another form. On my first form.

    Hi rileysrxgeneral,

    You can easily enable a Workflow on your form. Let me show you how: 

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. Then, in the menu on the left side of the page, click on Workflow.
    3. Hover your mouse over the Workflow and click on the Gear icon
    4. Next, click on Enable.

    Can you give it another try and let us know what happens? If you get the same thing again, we’ll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.
