I dont see publish button

If you don't see the Publish button, it might be because you are using the Jotform Mobile App or the interface is slightly different.

Let me show you how to find it in the Jotform Mobile App:

1. In Form Builder, look for the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen and tap on Publish.
2. Tap on Quick Share, then tap on Copy Link.

Unfortunately, you can’t convert a Sign Document directly into a standard form for PDF download. Those are two different assets, and there isn’t a built-in way to turn a Sign Document into a standard form format.

If you need a downloadable PDF, the best option is to keep a copy of the PDF you uploaded for Sign Document or recreate the document in a standard form or Smart PDF that supports fillable PDF and printing.
