Have you already checked the Trashed Entries and Archived Entries folder on your Tables to see if the missing submission is in there? Let me show you how to do it:
1. In Tables, click on the Three Dots icon on the upper left side of the page.
2. Then, click on Trashed Entries in the menu that opens.3. After that, tick the checkbox of the submission that you want to recover on the right side of the page.
4. Next, click on Restore on the upper right side of the page.If the submission isn't there, let's check the submission in the Archived Entries folder:
1. First, click on the Three Dots icon on the upper left side of the page.
2. Then, click on Archived Entries in the menu that opens.3. Tick the checkbox of the submission that you want to restore on the right side of the page.
4. Finally, click on Restore on the right side of the page.That's it. If the submission that you're looking for isn't there, can you tell us if the payment reflected on your payment account?
