Account Administration: Change Admin and Reset 2FA Without Recovery Codes

    Michelle Garratt set up Jotform for Greenbay Grounds Maintenance limited, using michelle@greenbaygroundsmaintenance.co.uk, email address. I DO have access to this email. However, I cannot get through the 2 factor authentication as this is sending to her private mobile phone.

    I do NOT have the recovery codes and cannot receive the 2FA code on the old phone. Can you assist to change the admin and set up new 2FA?
