Eliza Enterprise SupportHi esupport.tw,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form, and it's almost set up correctly to meet your needs, except for one thing. If you want to limit the attendees to 50 per time slot, you need to set the Maximum Appointments Per Day to 100, since you have two slots/sessions per day. Let me show you how to do that:
- In Form Builder, click on the Appointment field and select the Gear icon to its right.
- Next, on the Appointment Properties menu, go to the Limits tab.
- Then, scroll down a bit to see the Maximum Appointments Per Day property.
- Change the number from 50 to 100.
To keep the conversation organized, I moved your other question to its own thread, and someone from our Support Team will help you with it here.Let us know if you need any more help.

esupport.twHi,
It is "Maximum Appointments Per Day".
Would it possible to set limit the attendees to 50 per time slot?
Thanks!

Jan JotForm SupportHi esupport.tw,
You can easily limit the attendees to exactly 50 per time slot by changing the appointment type to Group. Let me walk you through it:
- In Form Builder, select the Appointment field, and then click on the Gear icon on the right side of the field to open Appointment Properties.
- Then, in the menu on the right side of the page, click on the Advanced tab, and then select Group under the Appointment Type section.
- After that, enter 50 in the Maximum Attendees Per Time Slot box.
Once this is enabled, each individual time slot can accept up to 50 bookings. So, if you have one slot for 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and another slot for 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM, each of those slots can be booked by up to 50 visitors separately.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

esupport.twHi,
How jotform know how many peopel booking the slot?
There is one field on our form is "參觀人數 (Number of visitors)" .
Would it count with the field?
or any way to do it?
Thanks!

Gian_D JotForm SupportHi esupport.tw,
Take note that the Appointment widget decrements the slot availability by one each time a user selects it on their submission. That way the form can prevent users from selecting that slot once it's already selected 50 times.
If you want to view the submissions on your form to see the appointments made by your users, you can view the Tables of your form. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Downward Arrow icon on the upper left side of the page.
2. Then, click on Tables in the menu that opens. From there, you can view the appointments made by your users. I've cloned your form to demonstrate it. Check out the screenshot below:
Do you need further assistance with your Appointment widget?
As soon as we hear back from you, we can work on getting you a solution for this.

esupport.twHi,
Thanks for your reply.
Just to clarify — our requirement is not “1 submission = 1 slot”.
We need:
Each time slot has a capacity of 50 people
One submission may include multiple participants (e.g. 3–5 people)
The system should deduct the selected number of participants from the slot capacity
So for example:
If a user selects 3 participants → remaining capacity should reduce from 50 to 47
Is this possible using the Appointment widget, or would you recommend another approach (e.g. product/inventory)?
Thanks!

Sonnyfer Enterprise SupportHi esupport.tw,
I checked your form and see that you already enabled Group Appointments that allowed you to limit the Maximum Attendees per time slot. As for the number of participants, I'm afraid you can only block a slot once per submission. This means that if you have, let's say, 3 people, you'll need to submit the form 3 times.
While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
