The browser tab does not match the form title

Hello,

I gone into form setting to ensure that the title of the form is correct which it is. When I view the form the title of the browser does not match the form title. It has the title of the form that I cloned it from and it will not change. I have tried several different ways to change the browser tab title but cannot.

1. Open your Form Builder and click on Settings.
2. In the Settings menu, select Form Settings on the left panel.
3. Click on Show More Options.
4. Scroll down to the Page Title field and enter the title you want to display on the browser tab.

This will update the browser tab title independently from the form title itself. If you have cloned a form, the browser tab title may still be set to the original form's title until you update this field.
