Assigning Multiple Forms to a User in One Step

Is there a way to manage these assignments by groups? Manually adding a user to several forms individually seems like a lot more work than it should be.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, you can only assign forms to a user one step at a time. There's currently no option to assign multiple forms to a user in one action. While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers.

Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
