Hi, I am unable to figure out how to create an interactive event map which allow exhibitor to select he booth they want, if the exhibitor choose booth selection, the exhibitor can choose the booth they want add $100. If the exhibitor do not want to choose then we will randomly assigned internally and update on the map accordingly. the amount will be shown and also i would like to have other add on service that exhibitor can addon depending on their needs. After that it will show the total amount they need to pay.

once the booth is selected, it should not be allowed to be pick by another vendor.

    Hi Mana,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently, we don't have a form element that would allow form fillers to select a booth with a floor plan having the same layout as the one in your screenshot. A workaround is to upload the image of your floor plan to your form using the Image element.

Then, for them to select their preferred booth, making it unavailable for others once it's selected, you can use the Gift Registry widget. As for assigning values to each booth, we can use Conditional Logic and the Form Calculation widget. I created a Demo form that you can test here to see if this meets your needs. If it does, let us know so we can guide you with the steps.

Also, if this works for you, can you tell us which specific booths have an addition of $100, so we can modify the calculation? Lastly, do you want them to pay for their booth upon submission?

Once we hear back from you, we can help you sort this out.

This is somewhat i need, however when i selected multiple booth it seems like the calculation not correct.

There are 2 options, if the exhibitors want to choose a specific booth, there will be an additional $100 as a selection fee.
If the exhibitor do not need to choose and assigned randomly by the organiser then no additional $100 fee.

I wil also need to have add on eg:

    Electrical supply : $80

    Additional exhibitor pass: $15

    Additional chair $10

    Showcase rental: $30

(for additional pass and chair, depending on the type of booth selected, if they have selected a single table, they can only add up to 1 chair and 1 pass, but if they choose 2 tables, then can have up to 2 chairs an 2 pass)

and they will need to pay the booth plus the addons

    Hi Pro_Mana,

To achieve your requirement, we will need to use a few conditional logics and additional fields.

Regarding the additional pass and chair, can you clarify what you mean by the table? Does one booth correspond to one table, or does each booth type have a different number of tables? If it is the latter, could you share the number of tables per booth type?

I have created another demo form that includes your other requirements. This version assumes that only one pass and one chair can be purchased. Can you test it and confirm if it meets your needs? You can also clone the form to review the fields, conditions, and formulas I added.

Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.

    Hi Pro_Mana,

The floor plan shared doesn't appear to match the initial floor plan you shared. If this is a new plan, you'll have to mark them similar to the initial plan you shared and use the Gift Registry widget to allow your users to book and reserve their preferred booth location.

As for pricing and add-ons, it's possible to conditionally show options based on the answers in the Gift Registry widget. For example, we can show a dropdown field asking for an optional additional 1 chair and 1 pass if they select a single table. Let me show you an example of how to create a condition based on the option selected:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element button on the left and click on the Dropdown field to add it to your form.
    2. Next, click on the Gear icon next to your Dropdown field, and click on the Options tab on the right.
    3. Then, enter the options as needed.
    4. Now, Enable the Calculation Values and set the price for each option.

Now, we'll create the condition to show this conditionally:

    1. Click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top and click Conditions on the left side panel.
    2. Next, click on the Add Condition button, and select the Show/Hide field condition.

    3. Create a similar condition below, and click on the Save button.

Although we don't provide custom form creation or designing services, you're welcome to work with a third party who may be able to help you. You can check out our Jotform Solutions Partner Directory or Jotform - Fiverr page for a list of consultants who've asked to be included.

You can get in touch with the right Solutions Partner for you by sorting them by location, type of service, industry, language support, or partner tier. Just fill out the contact form for the Jotform partner you'd like to work with, so they can make the necessary preparations to help you.

Keep in mind, though, that these parties operate independently of Jotform, so we assume no responsibility or liability for their work or their actions.
