IDTAmarketingHi team,
Currently your integration asks for Connection name and Installation ID. We checked with Worldpay and they said they integrate only via API credentials.
We need this integration to happen soon so we can create forms with payment integrated. Can you help us achieve that?
Thank you.

Podo: Support SpecialistHi hpimenta604,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
Regarding the Worldpay UK integration with Jotform, the current integration requires you to provide the Installation ID and Payment Response URL in the payment settings. This is how Jotform connects with Worldpay UK to process payments.
Here’s how the integration works:
- You add Worldpay UK as a payment gateway in your form and enter the Installation ID from your Worldpay UK account.
- You also enable the Payment Response URL in your Worldpay UK dashboard to allow communication between Worldpay and Jotform.
- Once set up, payments made through your form will be marked as Authorised in your Worldpay UK account, but you need to manually capture these payments in Worldpay to complete the transactions.
Currently, Jotform does not support integration with Worldpay UK solely via API credentials as per your mention. The integration requires the Installation ID and setting up the Payment Response URL as described.
If you need detailed steps on how to get the Installation ID and enable the Payment Response URL, or how to capture transactions, I can provide that information.
Let us know if you want those details or further assistance with the setup.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

IDTAmarketingWhat are the details to get the installation ID and Connection name?
-
Podo: Support SpecialistHi hpimenta604,
Let me help you with that:
To get the Installation ID for Worldpay UK integration with Jotform, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Worldpay UK dashboard.
- Click Setup on the left side of the dashboard.
- Under the Installation column in the Installations tab, copy the Number string just before the parenthesis. This string is your Installation ID.
Regarding the Connection name, if your account uses Reusable Payment Connections, you will not see the three dots next to the current payment method. To add or change the connection name:
- In Jotform's Form Builder, select the Product List element and click the Payment Card icon.
- In the panel on the right, click the Plug icon next to your current payment method and select Add New Connection.
- Choose a different payment method, enter a connection name, and click Connect.
- Log in with your gateway credentials to complete the connection setup.
Additionally, you need to enable the Payment Response URL in your Worldpay UK dashboard for the integration to work. The URL to enter is: https://ipn.jotform.com/ipns/worldpay.php
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

IDTAmarketingThose options no longer exist in Worldpay.

Podo: Support SpecialistHi hpimenta604,
It seems the options you mentioned no longer exist in Worldpay. However, if you want to change the payment gateway on your form without deleting the listed products, you can do so in Jotform Form Builder. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page.
- Under the Payments tab, click on the Three Dots icon next to your payment method.
- Click on Switch to Another Gateway.
- In the window that opens, select the payment gateway you want and click on Use Selection.
Let us know if you need any more help.

IDTAmarketingWe don't want to switch payment provider option, we want to integrate with WorldPay.

Podo: Support SpecialistHi hpimenta604,
Currently, Jotform's integration with Worldpay UK requires the Installation ID and Payment Response URL for setup. Unfortunately, Jotform does not support integration with Worldpay UK solely via API credentials at this time.
If the options you need in Worldpay to get the Installation ID or Connection name are no longer available, this means the integration method may have changed on Worldpay's side, and Jotform's current integration setup might not support the new method yet.
For now, the available method to integrate Worldpay UK with Jotform is through the Installation ID and Payment Response URL configuration as previously described.
If you want, I can provide guidance on how to set up the integration using the current supported method or help with alternative payment gateways supported by Jotform.
Let us know how you would like to proceed.
