I've created a quiz using your platform via AI. I am trying to allow employee to take quiz.

After answering the first question, the second question doesn't allow them to answer it.

    Hi Compassionate_Provider,

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I checked your HIPAA Basic Training 2026 Quiz and you currently have a lot of conditions, where it enables a certain question once it's filled. So what's happening is, if those questions aren't filled yet, it will set the target fields as disabled, which is exactly what you're experiencing on the second question.

Here's an example condition, where you've set it to enable the second question if the eleventh question is filled.

It basically does the opposite action, if the condition is not met yet. You have a lot of conditions in your form, set like that. I would suggest you to evaluate your conditions first. If you don't need such behavior in the form, like enabling a form only after a field is filled out, you can just delete or disable them. Let me walk you through how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar, click on Settings.

    2. In the menu on the left, go to Conditions.

    3. Next, click on the All Types button and select Enable/Require/Mask option, to filter conditions of that type only.

    4. Finally, check Select All, and click on Disable or Delete.
