Mark Alan JotForm SupportHi GRUPOFIX,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To stop the account primary email address from getting Email Notifications, you'd have to change every form's recipient into another email address. You can change the email recipient on your Notification Email in just a few steps. Here’s how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Then, in the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- Now, hover your mouse over the Notification Email and click on Edit.
- Next, click on the Recipients tab, and under Recipient Email, remove the old email address and add the new one.
But, for forms that have Signature fields with Sign Automation enabled, you will still receive notifications for the signature’s audit trail. If you also want to stop those notifications, you will need to disable the Sign Automation feature. You can easily enable or disable Jotform Sign Automation. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Jotform Sign.
- Then, toggle On/Off the Enable Jotform Sign Automation option.
Keep in mind that once you enable Jotform Sign Automation, submission editing will be disabled, and responders will be asked for consent for their signatures. Submissions will also count toward your account’s Submission and Signed Documents Limits.
