EZTransHi team,
Our subscriptions total yearly should be $468 but $733.75 has been deducted from our bank account via direct debit. I also received receipt of $468 in email.
Could you please look into this urgently?

Podo: Support SpecialistHi EZTrans,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available. I understand you were charged 733.75 dollars via direct debit for your yearly subscriptions, but you expected the total to be 468 dollars and also received a receipt for 468 dollars, and you need clarification on why the amount charged is higher than expected. We have escalated your request to our billing team so they can review the discrepancy between the charged amount and the receipt, as well as check for any additional subscriptions, taxes, currency conversions, or fees that may have contributed to the higher charge. Our team typically responds within 24 to 48 hours, and we recommend using this ticket thread for all updates and follow-ups so everything stays in one place.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Raymond JotForm SupportHi EZTrans,
I checked your account and see that your subscription renewed for $514.80, which included a 10% GST tax. Also, note that our pricing is in USD, which means that if your bank is using a different currency, the equivalent amount, along with the charges applicable by your bank, will appear automatically on your end. It’s easy to Check Your Invoices. Let me show you how:
- Log in to your Jotform account, and then go to the Billing tab.
- Now, in the table of invoices, click on an Invoice ID to open it in a new tab.
- To download the invoice as a PDF, click on the Download icon on the right.
Let us know if you need any more help. -
Sweta JotForm SupportHi Team,
Thank you for reaching out.
The discrepancy you’re seeing is most likely due to currency conversion and bank processing differences. Our pricing is set in USD, and while the receipt reflects the base subscription amount of $468, the final amount debited ($733.75) may include factors such as:
- Exchange rate fluctuations applied by your bank at the time of debit
- International transaction or conversion fees
- Additional charges imposed by your financial institution for direct debit processing
Since these charges are handled on the bank’s side, the final deducted amount can differ from the invoice total shown in USD.
We recommend checking with your bank for a detailed breakdown of the transaction, including the exchange rate and any applicable fees.
If you’d like, we can also review the transaction details on our end to confirm the billed amount from our system.
Please let us know how you’d like to proceed.
