    Hi Jotform,

I have a product page for custom baseball cards. For one of my products, it's a foil card where the background has a shimmering design. It's impossible to capture this effect as a still image.

Is there a way I can upload a video or an animated GIF to my product item image?

Here is what it looks like

My form is in the link below

    Hi Jason,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

Regarding your question about uploading a video or animated GIF as a product image on your product page, Jotform does not support uploading videos or animated GIFs directly as product images in the Product List element.

However, you can add a YouTube video to your form using the YouTube Video widget. This allows you to embed a video that plays directly inside your form, which could be a good way to showcase the shimmering effect of your foil card.

Here’s how to add a YouTube video widget to your form:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Add Element on the left side of the page.
    2. Under the Widgets tab, search for YouTube and drag it to your form where you want the video to appear.
    3. In the Widget Settings, enter the YouTube video URL (like the one you shared) in the URL input box.
    4. Click Update to save the widget settings.

This way, you can showcase the shimmering design effect through a video embedded in your form, while still using static images for your product items.

If you want to display multiple images in a slideshow format, you could also consider the Image Slider widget, but it does not support videos or animated GIFs either.

Let us know if you need help setting up the YouTube video widget or have any other questions.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
