    Thanks for using Jotform. We don’t have phone support, but I’m right here to help and we can sort this out together. Since you mentioned account recovery and a new email address, can you let me know whether this is for a regular Jotform account or a Jotform Enterprise account?

    If you can’t update your email address because the current one is unavailable and you can’t access the verification email, can you submit the form on the How to Recover Your Jotform Account page, and our team will look into it?
