In the integration with Google Drive, I see how you can indicate the main folder and then have a subfolder made for each submission. Is there any way in that subfolder naming to add more levels of subfolders? For example Year/Topic/submissionID and have it nest down some levels using field forms?

You can also set the subfolder name for each submission using form fields. However, the integration supports creating only one level of subfolder per submission.
