How can I download a finished survey?

    Hello!

    How can I download a completed survey in its entirety (not just the signature)?

    Hi Ashley,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

    You can easily download your completed survey submissions in their entirety. Let me show you how:

    1. Go to your Workspace page and click on the form with the survey data you want to download.
    2. Click on Submissions on the top-left side of the page.
    3. In the Tables view that opens, look to the upper-right side of the page and click on Download All.
    4. Select your preferred format: CSV, Excel, or PDF to download the full submission data, not just the signature.
