I am the owner of the Jotform account associated with Ephraim.walker@worthross.com, and I urgently need assistance accessing the submissions for Form ID: 260661282589163.
We have an event scheduled for tomorrow, and I must retrieve these submissions as soon as possible. Unfortunately, I am not receiving password reset emails, even though I continue to receive other system emails from noreply@jotform.com, such as autoresponder confirmations.
Because of this, I am currently locked out of the account. Could you please:
- Investigate why password reset emails are not being delivered,
- Help me regain access to my account, or
- If necessary, export and send the form submissions directly so we can meet our event deadline?
