    Hi Jenna,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

It seems that when you set the submission limit to 30 participants, your form is showing 0 participants allowed. This issue can happen if the submission limit setting is not properly saved or applied.

Let me help you with that:

    1. Go to My Workspace and select your form, then click on Edit Form.
    2. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the top navigation bar.
    3. Under the Form Status section, click on Enabled to see the options for disabling the form conditionally.
    4. Choose Disable at Submission Limit and set the limit to 30 participants. Make sure to save your changes.
    5. If you want, you can also set a warning message that will display when the limit is reached.

If the form still shows 0 participants allowed after saving, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache and check again.

For more detailed guidance, you can also check the Jotform guide on How to Limit Submissions in a Form.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Never mind, I fixed it! I had a form field that allowed me to set the quantity number and that was being over-ridden by the submission limit setting - so I went in and adjusted it. Thank you!
