    Hi Hope,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

Regarding your submissions for Klarna and Affirm, when users submit your form with Klarna integration, they are redirected to Klarna's payment page to complete the payment process. The payment completion might take up to 10 minutes, and you can find the payment details in the Incomplete Payment section of Jotform Tables. If the payment is completed manually from there, the transaction ID might not appear in form emails, Tables, or Inbox immediately.

For Klarna payments, you can view transactions in your Klarna dashboard under the Bank Transfer section, where you can see payment details including Form ID and Submission ID.

Unfortunately, there is no specific information about the destination of Affirm submissions in the provided data. If you can see the names of the people who signed up, those submissions should be visible in your Jotform Submissions or Tables for the respective form.

If you need help locating your submissions in Jotform Tables or Submissions page, please let me know.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Hope,

Are you referring to this form? If yes, I can see that you connected this form to your Stripe account. Can you confirm if successful payments are now reflecting in your Stripe dashboard? As for your form named Affirm Form, I checked and saw that i's not yet connected to any payment gateway. Take a look at the screenshot below:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Credit Card icon in the upper-right corner of the page.

    2. Next, on the Payment Properties menu, click on the Add Payment Connection button.

    3. Then, in the window that opens, click on Add New Connection, click on Stripe, and then click on Next.

    4. Select Test Mode or Live Mode under the X button on the right.

    5. Enter a Connection Name, and click on Connect with Stripe.

    6. Log in to your Stripe account if you are using the Live Mode. Since I’m on Test Mode, I’m selecting Skip this Form.

    7. Finally, click on Save, select the newly added connection, and click on Use.
