Option to Select a Single Value for All Rows in an Input Table

I have created a form that is an inspection report and use Input Tables with drop down to select either pass or fail for each item/question in the Input Table. Is there a way to have at the top of each Input Table a "select all Pass" so that the person filling out the form doesn't have to select "Pass" for each item/question?
