Branding: Adding Company Name and Logo to Form

Once you go to the Form Builder site, you can add your name and logo using the Form Designer tool. It is located at the top right corner in the purple circle with the paint roller symbol. From here, go to the Styles tab and add the logo you'd like to include in the form. To add the company name, you can modify the Header text to match your business!

I see you have the heading image uploaded with the logo and business name. This is a great way for users to see what company they are renting from!

My qiestion was as well if this version that I have is free or does it expire ?

Jotform Starter (Free) plan allows you to use most features indefinitely as long as you stay within the plan's limits. There is no expiration date for forms created under the free plan.

The main difference between the free Starter plan and paid plans is the limits on submissions, storage, and other features. If the limits of the Starter plan meet your needs, you can continue using it without worrying about expiration.

Checking your account's monthly reset date is quick and easy. Here’s a quick how-to:

1. On your Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image in the top-right corner of the screen.

2. In the Dropdown menu that opens, click on Settings.

3. Then, click on the Usage tab on the left side of the page.

4. Now, in the Monthly Usage section, you can view your real-time usage data along with the date your monthly limit will reset.
