    Hi Bianca,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support.

You can change your Jotform account email to a new one, but the "already in use" message means that email is still attached to some Jotform account (active or previously created).

To change your email to a new one on your current account:

    1. Go to your Workspace page and click your avatar (profile picture) at the top-right, then click your name to open the Account Page in a new tab.
    2. Next to your current email, click Edit, enter the new email address, and click Save; if “Require Verification to Change Email” is enabled, you’ll need to enter the code sent to your current email, then click Verify Now in the email sent to your new address.

If the new email shows "already in use", that means it's tied to another Jotform account. In that case, you'd need to either:

    • Log into that other account and change its email to something else (freeing the address), then come back and use it on your main account, or
    • If you no longer have access to that other account or its email, follow this guide and fill out the form so our team can help recover/adjust it.

Give this a try and let us know how it goes!
