Account Access: Unable to Access Forms and Submit Support Ticket

    We have lost access to all forms and also can't support a support ticket. Our form remains live and we can't action on it. https://form.jotform.com/252454154659160

    Hi Jason,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. After checking the form you shared, this form was disabled by the form owner. You can enable your form in a few simple steps. Let me show you how: 

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings
    2. Then, in Form Settings, under the Form Status section, click on Disabled.
    3. Next, in the window that opens, click on Disabled and select Enable
    4. Now, click on Save. That’s it. You’re done.
