can't access saved form

    Hi

    I have a client who filled out part of a form, saved it, and now can't get back in. How do I direct her?

    If your client saved their form to continue later but can't access it, you should direct them to use the unique link they received when they saved the form. This link allows them to return to their saved progress.

    Here’s how to guide your client:

    1. Ask your client to check their email for the save link sent by Jotform when they saved the form.
    2. Have them click on that link to reopen the saved form and continue filling it out.
    3. If they cannot find the link, they might need to start the form again unless you have enabled the option to retrieve saved forms via a session or account login.

    If you want to enable or check the save and continue later feature for your form, you can do so in the Form Builder under the Settings tab.
